DIGITS LLC team of instructors have decades of experience educated, lecturing and speaking to such groups as SUNY UB, United States Securities and Exchange Commission, American Bar Association, United States Attorneys Offices, as well as public and private national and international trade organization.

DIGITS LLC is proud to announce our new partnership with ASPE Inc., a national leader in providing skills-based training solutions for the Information Technology, Systems/Software Development Lifecycle, and Financial markets. 

For the first offering, we have designed a curriculum and course titled "Planning & Executing E-Discovery & Data Recovery Strategies." This two-day training, targeted towards information technology and executive business leaders, covers the reasons, purpose, and execution of creating a viable E-Discovery plan. This course will provide the attendee an overview of forensics and data recovery as well as the legal overview of discovery. Students will take away a much better understanding of how and why to be prepared for discovery requests and be more informed as to what is available from discoverable data.
