Raymond M Nowicki, CPA has over 33 years of experience in public accounting, and is the founding partner in Nowicki and Company, LLP, a CPA firm specializing in auditing, accounting and attest-related services, litigation support services, and tax, income and estate planning. He has been actively involved in various consulting and auditing projects, including financing, structure and long-range planning. He has also developed a national profile and hundreds of relationships with US accounting firms, who are likely users or referral sources of users of the software. He has served the AICPA's Peer Review Board (2002-2004), a Senior National Standard-setting Board of the AICPA concerning quality control policies within firms governed by the AICPA; and authored a number of articles on professional standards, quality control and ethics in the profession. He is a recognized lecturer on ethics, peer review and professional standards, and has served for 6 years on the New York State Society of CPAs ,which offers a platform for ongoing customer development with end-user auditing firms.

As founder and managing partner of Nowicki and Company, LLP and Nowicki Special Services Group, Inc. ( a litigation support and ABL firm) he brings opportunities in sales development as well as business management to the organization. He earned a bachelors degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York (1976).

Paul Kiel, CPA is a tax partner at Nowicki and Company, LLP and has over 25 years of financial and business experience, including 23 years of auditing, tax and small business consulting and tax planning. He also was a divisional controller of a manufacturing company for two years, which included operations management and reporting responsibilities to the U.S. corporate headquarters. He holds a bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1983) and completed their graduate tax certificate program. He currently serves as a director for the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
