Bob Clerici

Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Inergex, Inc.

A co-founder of Inergex, Bob is an executive manager providing the overall leadership for the 145+ employee, $15M+ fast-paced technology company. He gives direction and vision providing the corporate agility and strength to succeed in the dynamic and ever-changing IT and business environments.

Bob has achieved consecutive, year-over-year double-digit growth. He has built cultures that relentlessly pursue excellence and maintain an unflagging focus on customer service. Bob has extensive management experience and a proven record in leading all aspects of a business and technology services business.

Bob currently is serving a three-year term on the Board of Trustees at Hilbert College and chairs the annual Hilbert College Scholarship Golf Tournament.

Edward Warnke, C.P.A

Chief Executive Officer, KVS Information Systems, Inc.

Ed Warnke joined KVS in January 1999 as Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years of audit and financial software industry experience including development, product management, marketing, sales and support. Prior to joining KVS, Ed was General Manager - Canada for Elite Information Systems, a publicly traded accounting software company for the legal market. Ed also has five years experience as Computer-Audit Manager for Delaware North Companies. Ed has a degree in Accounting from Niagara University and is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.

JP Midgley

Managing Partner of Avalon Buffalo & President of Legal Technology  

JP Midgley is currently the chief executive officer Avalon Document Services. Mr. Midgley joined Avalon as the Director of Client Services in January of 2004. He went on to open the Document Imaging division of Avalon in 2005, as well as the Electronic Discovery Services division the same year. Since joining the team at Avalon, JP has helped manage the opening of two divisions, as well as two new regional offices. Revenues have more than tripled in his tenure, and the company currently employs 65 team members at four different offices across New York State. Avalon has been listed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest privately growing companies in the United States 5 consecutive years.

Since 2004, JP has managed over a billion pages and 100 Terabytes of discovery documents in hundreds of cases over the Northeast. He is considered an expert in electronic data discovery processing, hosting and production. An entrepreneur at heart, JP has matched his passion to grow business with his knowledge of e-discovery and ability to provide the best customer service available in the market today.

Former Special Agent in Charge, FBI-Buffalo

Following a twenty-nine year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Ahearn served two years as a Senior Advisor with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). In this role, he was responsible for assisting the ODNI in the area of National Intelligence integration, Human Intelligence policy, providing guidance on Homeland Security, more about Peter J. VP- Benefits Consulting Division

Mr. Hanlon comes to Brown & Brown Insurance (Sarasota, Florida) from BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York where he was a Senior Benefits Consultant for the Major Accounts Unit. During his 8 years in this position, Mr. Hanlon advised prospective and existing clients on the most beneficial plan designs and funding arrangements after analyzing the their health insurance and financial needs.

Prior to his employment with BlueCross BlueShield, Mr. Hanlon spent 10 years in an Executive Sales Management role. His background and industry expertise has allowed him to efficiently service clients of all sizes and comfortably interact with and provide information to plan participants.

Mr. Hanlon obtained his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Canisius College and is a member of the Harvard Business School Club of Buffalo. Mr. Hanlon is part of an investment group that owns and operates a Minor League Baseball team in Hannibal, Missouri.
